Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package on our website or the carrier’s site.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Returns
If you receive a product in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., damaged or incomplete packaging), you can file a claim by sending an email to onlinestore@gytea.ca within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product, if applicable.
Once we receive your claim, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
